Russian Pre-Trial Detention Center Simulator

Russian Pre-Trial Detention Center Simulator is a first-person quest room style experience set inside a precise recreation of a solitary prison cell. The entire gameplay takes place in cell 176, located in FKU SIZO-1 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Tyumen Region. The environment is based on real memories and real events.

The game features russian-only voice acting with English subtitles.

The game is being developed by a former political prisoner of Russia and is still in active development, under survival conditions as a refugee in France. At the moment, only basic mechanics, a single main location and several scripted events are implemented. The project is being created by a solo developer, so many features could contain bugs.

Implemented Features:

• Full object interaction system: pick up, drop, use, store in inventory and take out of inventory
• Character comments on static objects inside the cell
• Ability to sleep on the bed (only after lights-out)
• Time system that affects lighting throughout the day
• Scripted food deliveries to the cell three times a day
• Early-stage communication with inmates in neighboring cells (you can call an inmate from cell 186 through the peephole, but further interaction is not yet implemented)

Currently, there is no way to leave the prison except serving the full sentence. In future updates, alternative endings and an inmate relationship system are planned.

The game contains strong language and scenes of institutionalized violence. 18+ only. Based on real events.
